NEW COURSE THIS YEAR – THE DARRENS DASH RACE IS BACK AFTER A 6 YEAR ABSENCE
This shorter 8 km AS race is suitable for runners with limited fell running experience and is partially marked.

LONGTOWN LLANTHONY LOOP RACE
This longer 12.1 km AM race shares a partially marked section with the Darrens Dash and then follows a more demanding course requiring some navigational skills and route choice. It is not suitable for novices.

Both races start at 12 pm.
On-line entries only. Minimum age 16.
The event centre is Longtown Outdoor Learning Centre, The Courthouse, Longtown, Hereford, HR2 0LD.
Car parking, toilets, refreshments and showers are at the event centre.
