Low Ropes Course
Our Low Ropes course is designed to challenge agility and balance and includes rope bridges, swings and swamps, It’s great for team development, communication skills and building trust within your team.

Archery
Once you start shooting you’ll see your confidence increase, with everyone smiling as they get better and better. This activity is suitable for ages 8+ with all young children accompanied by an adult. Groups of 6 or more from £15 per child for a two hour session.

Orienteering
Orienteering is a great opportunity to work independently or collaboratively. This activity takes place on our centre grounds or in the forest and demonstrates how quickly you can learn new skills.

Stand Up Paddleboarding
Try and meet the challenge of standing on your board and propelling yourself across the water of the centre's training pool, the River Wye or even the sea using the long paddle supplied.

Hill Walking
Often the first thing our groups do after their journey to the centre is walk up to the top of their first mountain, only 15 minutes away.

Gorge Walking

Caving
Walk and crawl through large caverns and small tunnels to explore one of the local limestone cave systems. Caving offers the potential to raise confidence and self esteem.

Canoeing
Canoeing can vary from a tranquil paddle along the beautiful Monmouth and Brecon Canal to a more committing and exciting journey on the sections of swift water on the River Wye. It is a fantastic team activity with teams of up to 3 to a boat.

Zip line
Zip through the air at an exhilarating speed on this popular activity. Starting at the highest point, you’re transported across the course. With 300 metres of zip wire, there’s plenty of time to take in the view – if you’re brave enough to keep your eyes open! Suitable for age 8+.
